There seems to be a new project around every corner here at Hudson Sports Complex, but there’s been one in particular that we've been waiting for with high anticipation...the completion of our brand new HSC Dome! Our sports bubble was recently constructed and just in the nick of time too as we await the winter months ahead. We are quite literally walking on air as we can’t wait to have you experience it for yourself!
We have been working diligently to have it finalized because we knew we were competing against mother nature. We’ve been slowly spreading the word with the goal of getting it done before 2020 and boy did we just make it! See below for our before and after pictures!
Located behind our main fieldhouse, the Dome structure covers a turf field that is roughly 32 yards wide by 75 yards long. Perfect for almost any sport or outing, this brand new bubble is warm and cozy, just like our two indoor fields, but at roughly 4 times the size! Complete with bleachers, netting, and lights, everyone can train (and watch events) safely and in a professional environment during all hours of the day.
We have already hosted several training sessions and events in the sports bubble with many evenings and weekends booked through the winter season. We recently hosted our second annual Speed & Agility Combine, Fox Football Academy training, lacrosse practices for O2 Lacrosse, and several soccer training sessions including our goalie clinic in association with Carillo Keeper School. We have many more plans throughout 2020 so stay tuned for more updates.
