Speed and Agility


Train Like You Foxin' Mean It

Offering speed, agility, plyometrics and conditioning training in a small group environment. Sports are demanding and the need for speed and explosiveness is essential. To fully reach an athlete’s potential in any sport, an athlete must be well-conditioned. A well-conditioned athlete has endless options to pursuing their level of desired competitive play. Our programs are designed to assist you to get to the next level.

Our Coach


Todd Crown has been a high school coach for over a decade. As a former collegiate athlete, his strong background in track and football is a great addition to our team. He is a sprint coach that has helped to mold and guide many local athletes in their pursuit of obtaining the collegiate level at their sport. His passion and effectiveness is best described by the testimonials of the former student athletes he has trained over the years.

Training Mentors


We recommend a 6-week speed and agility program for proven results. At Hudson Sports Complex, most of our training sessions are joined by several of our Training Mentors - college athletes from various sports. Our Training Mentors lead by example and train side-by-side with our younger student athletes. Some of our former athletes we trained have gone to compete at Sacred Heart University, St. Thomas Aquinas University, Seton Hall University, University of Buffalo, Saint Mary's College at Notre Dame, Wilkes College, SUNY Oneonta, Edinboro University, Kings College.

Individualized Speed And Agility Training

This training is customized for athletes of all sports. The curriculum includes Proper Sprinting Form, Acceleration/Deceleration, Change of Direction, Top Speed Mechanics, Game Speed, and more.


Tuesdays and Thursdays

90 minute sessions, 5:30 - 7:00 PM

Private Speed And Agility Training Session

Ambitious athletes train harder and more than their competition. Get the best training results and benefits with our dedicated training sessions. Coach Crown will meet each individuals' goals through specialized training & distinct drills for each participant. Activities include, but not limited to: hurdles, speed & agility ladders, 40-yard dash, shuttle runs, broad jump, vertical jump, and more! Coach Crown has electronic digital tools to set accurate baselines so goals can be set and exceeded with proven results!

Hurdle Training

Our hurdle training is meant to improve your mobility, flexibility, and athleticism.


We will focus on your running technique, stepping patterns, and of course, we will look to develop your hurdling form so you can soar over those barriers & face any obstacle standing in your way.
