HSC Summer Pass

Train At Your Own Time!

With the HSC Summer Pass you have the opportunity to use our facility anytime you wish for one flat fee. No matter if you would like to do some kicking practice, use our batting cage to get your swinging spot on, or would like to work on your free-kick precision, our doors are open for you.

​

The HSC Summer Pass is valid between July 12 to August 20, 2021.

Terms Of Use​

 

Usage

  • The HSC Summer Pass is valid for the person indicated at purchase and is not transferrable to another individual.

  • The HSC Summer Pass can be used from Monday to Sunday between 10 AM & 5 PM.

  • Check-in is at the HSC front desk. We recommend arrival 5 minutes prior to your reserved time.

  • Field usage needs to be requested within one (1) day prior to the intended training and needs to be booked via phone at (845) 986-7777 or in person.

  • Our HSC staff will coordinate field usage around existing bookings. Bookings and field rentals by HSC costumers have priority.

  • The HSC Summer Pass can be used for a maximum time of 45 minutes per booking, and for a maximum of 3 hours per week. An additional charge of $15 is due for every started 15 minutes slot.

  • Unused time, for any reason, cannot be rolled over to another week.

  • Cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of your reserved time. Failure to cancel within that timeframe will result in the booking being marked as successful.

  • If you intend to bring a personal coach/personal coaches, an extra charge of $15 per field usage and coach is due upon arrival. You are required to check-in each coach at your arrival at the HSC front desk. Parents or guardians are excluded.

  • Hudson Sports Complex reserves the right to cancel the HSC Summer Pass at any time for misusage without refund.

  • All individuals must comply with New York State and Hudson Sports Complex COVID-19 rules and regulations. Failure to do so will result in termination of Summer Pass with no refund.

Additional Services

Hudson Sports Complex can provide coaches if requested by the client. Call the complex to inquire at 845-986-7777.  If you are interested in booking a coach please give us 2-day-notice as it will depend on availabilitiy. Cost for coaches is $75 per session.

​

The HSC Summer Pass is non-refundable and non-transferrable product and valid for the period from July 12 to August 20, 2021.
