The F3 Fire Fox Ultimate Speed Clinic
The number one asset for all athletes, no matter the sport, is speed. The complex demands of athletics place significant demands on the athlete’s ability to generate speed, power, and explosiveness.
Join us on Presidents Day, on February 15, 2021, from 10 AM - 12 PM, for a multi-directional athletic performance and conditioning clinic. Learn how to increase your velocity utilizing the principles of functional bio-mechanics, cognitive psychology, and cutting-edge athletic development.
Your athlete will be instructed to sharpen their acceleration and deceleration, change of direction, power, movement patterns, and max-velocity.
