No matter your sport, profession, or activity, this program will enhance your development.
The F3 Tactical Challenge Workout is conducted online via zoom.
Michael DiGeso is a High-Performance Coach / Sport Scientist with years of experience working with youth, collegiate, and professional athletes. Michael is also a highly decorated US Army Warrant Officer with over 22 years of service leading, advising, and developing small tactical teams and athletes.
Michael possesses immense knowledge of physical and psychological performance and approaches his craft through meaningful engagement and cutting edge science-based practices. Michael incorporates learning theory, positive and change psychology into his program design. Michael’s methodology views athletes as dynamic individuals who perform in increasingly complex competitive environments and require physical and mental development to grow and succeed.
Michael graduated from California University of Pennsylvania with a Masters degree in Exercise Science. He also graduated from Mercy College with a Masters degree in School Psychology.

Participation in the F3 Tactical Challenge Series subjects individuals to a physically demanding and intense exercise and fitness regimen. Individuals will be required to conduct rapid, explosive, and taxing movements with minimal rest. To reduce and avoid injury, you will want to check with your primary care provider before beginning any fitness program. When participating in our performance program, you need to be self-aware and stop and communicate any exercise if you feel dizziness, pain, or any discomfort. You must work within your limitations or restrictions. By performing any fitness exercises, you are conducting them at your own risk.
