Yoga at HSC

Physical. Mental. Spiritual.

Yoga has become increasingly popular across the globe in recent decades and is widely considered a vital piece of maintaining a holistic & healthy lifestyle. Modern yoga offers both valuable physical and spiritual elements that are suited for beginners as well as advanced students.

Class Description

Our yoga classes will be designed for any audience in mind. They can vary from week to week in order to focus on different poses, muscle groups, and breathing techniques.

Yoga classes are one and a half hours in duration and we welcome beginners as well as seasoned veterans. Classes will start with putting attention towards grounding, centering, aligning, and breathing. We then expand on these basic principles by exploring poses and sequences. To end each class, we will spend time in relaxation and quiet reflection.
