Conditioning Program Outline:
Who: This program is open to males & females; Ages 13+
(Middle School, High School, Collegiate athletes & adults)
When: Mondays and Wednesdays at Hudson Sports Complex
Session Times: 8PM-9PM
Session Length: 60 minute training sessions
Registration: You must preregister as space may become limited
Per Session: $55 (max two sessions per week)
What You will receive as a Participant:
Pre-program fitness test & information session*
Detailed training workouts from Christian Fuchs' Premier League Conditioning program
Our Speed & Agility Coach, Todd Crown, will be leading you through each workout
Reports summarizing results, next steps, and to keep you motivated
